Bohermore NS Sensory Garden and Outdoor Classroom

Here at Bohermore NS we wish to nourish the thoughts and dreams of all our pupils by providing them with a safe and creative space where they can learn, explore, develop and enjoy sensory experiences in a meaningful and memorable way.  We would greatly appreciate it if you could support our fundraiser to create a sensory garden and outdoor classroom at our school grounds. It is our plan to include an outdoor classroom space complete with a greenhouse, vegetable patch, raised flower beds and a sensory pathway.

We believe Bohermore NS, Old School ABC preschool and after school and the wider Bohermore community would hugely benefit from these outdoor facilities. This space would be a great asset for daily school life and while also adding to  Summer, Easter and Halloween camps. 

Collectively our school community will walk/run  420km to and from Croke Park. Our plan is to hold this event on Saturday May 22nd and to involve the whole community in person and remotely. More details on this day will follow but for now you can start training!!
