KEVIN'S BOGUS HOSPITAL JOURNEY!

Kevin and Angela would never have imagined that they would be starting their summer like this.  It took two trips to the emergency room for chest pains and shortness of breath before he was finally admitted to Florida Hospital Orlando.  On May 30th, Kevin suffered a horrible attack that landed him in ICU.  The diagnosis was a severe case of pneumonia that made it nearly impossible to breathe from the debilitating chest pains from even the slightest movement. On June 2nd, after 3 days of not seeing much progress with the antibiotics, and still not being able to lay flat in the bed because of the pain, Kevin was rushed into surgery. The surgery was successful and now it’s all about physical therapy and recovery.  This is not the end of this ‘bogus hospital journey,’ this is only week one.  As most of you know, Kevin and Angela are only a few short months from their October wedding.  Kevin has already missed so many of his scheduled DJing dates and Angela has had to take so much time off work from her office to be at her fiancé’s side.  Angela has taken on so much, I am in awe of her strength making sure that the love of her life receives the excellent care and gets all his treatments.  This was not a journey for anyone to be on alone. 

So, this is where these two amazing souls, who I love so much, need your help.  They say it takes a village … especially in times like this where an unexpected, major medical emergency with extended hospitalization and rehabilitation, unwelcomely invites itself into your life, at the very worst time.  I want to help them with the onslaught of Florida Hospital ICU bills that are headed their way coupled with financial recovery efforts for lost wages.  As I’m sure you all know, it doesn’t take much to quickly fall behind.   Everyone has shown so much love already, I believe that we all can come together and bless Kevin and Angela with some tremendous financial support. Thank you all for loving them like you do.  Your continued prayers and support have impacted them more than you can ever imagine.
