Last year I shared a GoFundMe campaign to support Bobur Komilov's brother, Utkir, to go through a life-saving liver operation. With your help we could collect around 74 million UZS and 2,900 USD which was used to support Utkir's life to date and some of his preoperational analysis and treatment. Thank you once again for your support and kind hearts! The liver transplantation operation is currently planned for the end of February 2025 (in about two week's time). It will be conducted by an Indian surgeon in Tashkent which significantly decreases the costs. However, Utkir still lacks around 8,000 USD which he will need to cover operational and post operational costs and treatment to support his full recovery. He needs us to help him as this amount is a huge burden for a simple family with three children from a distant village in the south of Uzbekistan, which already has been spending more than they could earn to support Utkir's life to date.
