Bobby's Recovery

With permission from Bobby and his better half Sheila, I have started this page to help raise funds for Bobby's long road to recovery.
9/29: Bobby was on a job site and fell through a roof of a building onto concrete. His friends/co-workers witnessed the fall, and are quite shaken. Despite his extensive injuries including a compound femur fracture, broken wrist/ribs/knee caps/possible ankle/jaw/nose, and the most horrifying for his family and friends, nearly every other bone in his face. The miracle is that he has no brain damage, finally put that hard head to good use! Bobby was nearly unrecognizable except for his great sense of humor and one of a kind personality that has proven to be a huge part to beginning the recovery process.
9/30: Bobby has been through extensive surgeries to fix his broken femur/wrist and doctors have begun the process of reconstructing his face and all within the last 24hrs. The family is keeping great spirits, as is their nature, but this is just the beginning.
He required a life flight from Coquille, OR to Eugene ($$$), currently in ICU ($$$), and his family is having to stay in motel/hotels ($$$) nearby in order to visit him. He has an unknown length of stay in ICU/acute care, then depending on insurance, may need to be transferred to Roseburg to complete physical/occupational therapies in the future.
It is out hope that while Bobby is recovering, we can raise enough money to help with living expenses for his wife and children. As a pediatric nurse myself, I know the healing power of family, let's all pitch in and help keep these awesome folks together! All funds will be given directly to the family.
