Update:  the biopsy results came back today and dad was found to have bone marrow cancer that is getting filtered into the kidneys (multiple myeloma). We're not entirely sure of the details at this time and learning as much as we can. The doctors sound hopeful that with agressive kidney filtration followed by chemo, he may recover. Nearly two weeks ago, my dad went to the ER with a migrane which turned out to be gradual kidney failure since. On Monday he was at 13% kidney function with additional heart and blood pressure issues, which results in a state of constant fatigue. I'm starting a go-fund me account for every week of lost work in hope that my parents can at least be able to afford the basic house bills while he's out of work. Tomorrow, 7/5 he is having a kidney biopsy to determine plans for dyalisis. We will keep you updated.
