Our beloved parents, Bob & Jan, passed away on the 16th of June 2020 in a boating accident in Coral Bay. May they forever rest in peace.
The Oostryck family would like to fundraise for Coral Bay Volunteer Marine Rescue, to show our appreciation for their amazing efforts in recovering our parents and their boat.
All funds raised will go towards the purchase of a 4WD ambulance for Coral Bay, which will be managed by St. John Ambulance and also utilised by Exmouth Volunteer Marine Rescue.
A new ambulance costs $180,000 and a second-hand ambulance costs $50,000, but we plan to make a family donation from Bob & Jan's estate, and then we will lobby the WA Government to make up the difference. We have set the goal at $50,000 initially.
