Well we've officially run out of options.
My wife and I have been working diligently to find a work-around to shipping our two family pets overseas with us but it has been one hurdle after the next and we have run out of time.
We've tried military organizations for pet-sitting but all have fallen through with the complications of moving overseas. Airlines are still refusing to check in pets during COVID-19, and even if we could, the weather would be too hot for the pets to travel with us on our date.
So we've come down to two options, surrender our dogs (which we really don't want to do) or board them for 21 days so they can clear the protocol set in place for dogs to avoid quarantine when traveling.
This was a difficult decision to start this fundraiser but ripping away my dogs from my family based on my career isn't sitting well with me.
