Help for Blatz family!

More than likely one of your children has been taught by one of these wonderful people. As you may know they are both teachers who have invested in many of our children. Lydia and Rich Blatz have been blessed with two beautiful boys Richie Jr and Harrison. God has given them great responsibility with these two handsome young men. Recently, they received news from their doctor that Harrison will have to undergo Cranial Vault Remolding. One of his plates in his head fused too soon. This will not give room for the brain to grow and could place pressure on it and cause severe developmental delay. Their hope is to have the surgery in September. This is the perfect developmental time for the procedure. The ratio between bone mass, density and blood flow is at is best for surgery. Lydia and Rich will need to be with Harrison for recovery therefore likely missing some work. They will need to pay there insurance deductable again beginning of the year. In addition, Richie Jr receives ongoing therapies to ensure his progress developmentally. Lydia and Rich are asking for prayer at this time. Praying that God will intervene in his timing to restore little Harrison for the plans his has for him. Prayers for Richie Jr as they try to avoid pulling him for the therapy due to finances, that has been so helpful. As parents, we can pray for the tough decisions that may lie ahead for them and that God will keep them in the palm of his hand during these times. So please pray with this family during this time. Our hope is to lessen some the financial burdens they will evitable face in these type of situations. Anything is greatly appreciated!
