Recovery Fund

I just had surgery and I'm asking for help with finances during my recovery period. I will be able to work some at my full time job but not at my part time job for atleast 4 weeks. Everyone that knows me know that this is hard for me to ask for help. But it had to be done. I appreciate all that who can and will to help me and the girls out.
