Immanuel David Dickey McCarter

On June 13, 2019, one of our family’s brightest stars, Immanuel David Dickey McCarter, left this physical world to guide us from above. Everyone who knows Immanuel can speak to his brilliance, relentless humor, gentle presence, contagious smile and loving spirit. There was a tremendous beauty in his ease, acceptance of others, and in his soul inspiring passion for making the most of life. Impacting lives from North Carolina to the California coast for 23 years.

Immanuel dedicated his life to being a source of light and love for all he connected with in his time here. We will forever be changed by his influence on our lives. To say we’re gonna miss him in the years to come is truly an understatement, but while we’re deeply saddened, we find peace in knowing he’s found peace in being reunited with his late father, David Thomas McCarter.
