Michael Smith a legend in our RE community

Donation protected
Michael Smith was an amazing man in our real estate community.  He shared his knowledge, skills and friendship with many of us.  His passing was very unexpected.  Please help the family as you can.

Thank you

Dear friends and family,

On the afternoon of December 23rd Mike Smith passed away suddenly.  Mike meant the world to us and we know his friendship was meaningful to you and many others.  His gregarious spirit and caring soul made him one of a kind. Please contribute to this fund so we can celebrate Mike’s life appropriately and cover the related expenses.  Please help support this beautiful family during this holiday season and their time of need - any donation amount is greatly appreciated and will be put to good use.

Mike was the light of everyone’s day.  He would walk in the door and immediately greet you with a smile, a hug or a handshake and then regal you with a story that he always made more entertaining than it probably really was.  He made friends wherever he went and he loved his friends and family with his whole heart. Once he met you, you were his friend forever. The community was his world, if you needed anything you knew you could call Mike for help or a friendly voice in a time of need.  Now his wife is in need of that same support.

For those of you who haven't heard Mike had complaints of not feeling well and asked LeAnn to drive him to the nearest urgent care, complaining about her driving skills the entire way.  When they got into the waiting room, he had a seizure and never woke up. The team and paramedics did everything they could to revive him and we thank them for their efforts.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, LeAnn Morgan, children Jeremy, Lindsey, Tyler and Liesl as well as grandchildren Lily, Wyatt, McKenna, Jaden, Tyler, Karsten, Asa, Harper and Jack.  Lindsey and family will distribute the funds.

Please join us to celebrate Mike’s life on January 3rd at 3 PM at Woodmen Chapel with a reception to follow at a TBD destination.
