Aufgrund der jetzigen Lage, wo u.a. viele Künstler kein Einkommen mehr haben, haben sich namhafte Musiker aus der europäischen Bluesszene mit Kollegen aus den USA für dieses interessante Projekt zusammengetan.
Es wird online gearbeitet, in den eigenen vier Wänden aufgenommen, zusammengebracht und die dadurch entstandenen Aufnahmen veröffentlicht. Hierbei sind die Musiker auf die Technik angewiesen, die Ihnen zuhause zur Verfügung steht, von Aufnahmesoftware bis Handy! Es wird mit Detlev Hoegen von Bear Family zusammengearbeitet und der Erlös soll den Musikern zugutekommen und dadurch helfen, die jetzige Situation etwas abzufedern und die Stimmung etwas anzuheben.
Um die Produktionskosten auf ein Minimum zu halten und eventuell vor Produktionsende den Musikern was zukommen zu lassen, wurde dieses Go Fund Me ins Leben gerufen. Von den Live Shows und CDs dieser Musiker haben wir jahrelang profitiert. Vielleicht können wir jetzt „Danke!“ sagen.

The current situation has thrown many people into dire straits, including renowned musicians across the world, here in Europe and in the US, some of whom have joined forces in an attempt to alleviate the situation somewhat.
As a result of the lockdown, the recordings are being made at home using any available means, from software to mobile phones! The tracks are then brought together, mixed, mastered and will hopefully appear in the not too distant future. Detlev Hoegen of Bear Family Records is on board and hopefully any and all profits can be distributed among the musicians in order help them out – every little helps!
This Go Fund Me project has been started to keep production costs to a minimum and perhaps even be able to offer the musicians some immediate help. We have all profited from the live shows and recordings of these artists for many years – maybe this is a good time to say “Thank you!”
