Is a partnership between Artists / Museums for supporting Sea Shepherd organization campaigns through Printmaking Arts, for the protection of oceans and seas.

THE GOAL
To unite partners, by guiding common actions to federate around a cause: the protection of seas and oceans. Thanks to SEA SHEPHERD for giving us the agreement: "PROUDLY SUPPORTING SEA SHEPHERD". 
We want to sensitize, raise awareness and mobilize people for supporting the Sea Shepherd organization's campaigns around the world.

Through unique and exceptional artworks hand pulled by 28 world-renowned artists printmakers and engravers in mezzotint, exhibited through several venues in the world, 
These exceptional exhibitions will take place in two magnificent venues in partnership, for the year 2019-2020, others will be solicited later :
-During the Vth International Mezzotint Festival in Yekaterinburg in Russia, Art Centre Glavnyy Prospekt from August 16th to September 29th, 2019

PORTFOLIOS OFFER :
As well several exceptional portfolios have been developed for future collectors/purchasers, to raise donation funds for Sea Shepherd and to allocate a small contribution to thank the artists for deploying their own resources.
For any donation of 6000€, an exceptional limited edition portfolio will be offered to the contributors of this amount.
Two portfolios are available: Edition 1 /33 and 2/33 are proposed during the exhibitions on this page.
Each portfolio contains 28 mezzotints, one of each artists participating. Protected in a sober hardcover box. The prints are hand pulled by 28 world-renowned and famous artists printmakers in the mezzotint world. Each mezzotint is printed on a specific Hahnemuhle 300g engraving quality paper sheet 25X32,5cm.
A catalog of the artworks will be soon available here.
The 28 artworks are in process and on their way to the museum in France "le MATOU" in Toulouse. They will be soon exhibited in Ekaterinburg in Russia: from August 16th to September 29th, 2019.
PRINT OFFER :
For any donation of 250€, a print of the mezzotint "Blue Rocker" (30x40cm performed by Jason Reittom for the circumstance) will be offered to the contributors of this amount. Each mezzotint is printed on a specific Hahnemuhle 300g engraving.
5 prints are available: 1/8, 2/8, 3/8, 4/8, 5/8 are proposed during the exhibitions on this page.

HOW
Before and during the exhibitions, an urban advertising campaign will accompany each event as well social networks information and mobilizations, in order to invite as many spectators as possible to discover the actions of the Sea Shepherd environmental organization through the 28 artworks made only in mezzotint for this circumstance.
Each artwork will be inspired by Sea Shepherds/ seas-oceans environmental protection themes while remaining consistent with the pictorial universe of each artist. The audience will be able to link a visual and a SeaShepherd action/campaign around the world.
A label next to each mezzotint will explain any campaign fitting to the theme and a digital QRcode will link to this crowdfunding page during the exhibitions to enable a regulated fundraising campaign on a world-leading crowdfunding platform as GoFundMe.

ABOUT THE PROJECT LEADER?
A printmaker artist in mezzotint: Jason Reittom
She discovered the mezzotint technique in 2015 after a scientific field of professional exploration. (Medecin and computing)
Since, she lives in the south of France, where she creates and prints her editions and did start this idea of partnership: "Artists for Sea Shepherd" in 2017.
She's the curator of this project. After getting the agreements from Sea Shepherd and Museums during 2018, she was finally able to contact the artists to get started this wonderful journey.

OFFRE DE PORTFOLIO
De plus, plusieurs portfolios exceptionnels ont été développés pour les futurs collectionneurs / acheteurs, afin de collecter des fonds pour les dons de Sea Shepherd et d'allouer une petite contribution aux artistes afin de les remercier d'avoir déployé leurs propres ressources.
Pour tout don de 6000 €, un portfolio exceptionnel en édition limitée sera proposé aux contributeurs de ce montant.

Chaque portfolio contient 28 manières noire de chaque artistes participants. Protégées dans une boîte sobre et rigide. Les estampes sont tirées à la main par 28 artistes graveurs de renommée mondiale dans le monde de la manière noire. Chaque manière noire est imprimée sur une feuille de papier spécifique de qualité gravure Hahnemuhle 300g 25X32,5cm.
Un catalogue des oeuvres sera bientôt disponible ici.

COMMENT
Avant et pendant les expositions, une campagne de publicité urbaine accompagnera chaque événement, ainsi que des informations et des mobilisations sur les réseaux sociaux, afin d'inviter le plus de spectateurs possible à découvrir les actions de l'organisation environnementale de Sea Shepherd à travers les 28 œuvres d'art réalisées uniquement en manière noire pour cette circonstance.
Chaque œuvre s'inspirera des thèmes de la protection de l'environnement de Sea Shepherds / mers-océans, tout en restant cohérente avec l'univers pictural de chaque artiste. Le public pourra ainsi lier un visuel et une action / campagne SeShepherd à travers le monde.
Une étiquette à côté de chaque mezzotint expliquera des campagnes et actions actuelles correspondant au thème et un QRcode numérique renverra à cette page de crowdfunding pendant les expositions pour permettre une campagne de financement réglementée sur une plate-forme de crowdfunding de pointe tel que GoFundMe.

Antes y durante las exposiciones, una campaña de publicidad urbana acompañará cada evento, así como información y movilizaciones en las redes sociales, para invitar a la mayor cantidad posible de espectadores a descubrir las acciones de la organización ambiental Sea Shepherd a través de las 28 obras de arte realizadas únicamente en manera negra para esta circunstancia.
Cada obra estará inspirada en los temas de protección ambiental de Sea Shepherds / océanos-mares, manteniendo al mismo tiempo la coherencia con el universo pictórico de cada artista. El público podrá entonces vincular una campaña visual y de acción / SeShepherd en todo el mundo.
Una etiqueta al lado de cada mezzotinta explicará las campañas y acciones correspondientes al tema y un QRcode digital regresará a esta página de crowdfunding durante las exposiciones para habilitar una campaña regulada de recaudación de fondos en una plataforma de crowdfunding de vanguardia como GoFundMe.
