Blountstown Health Disaster Relief

Hurricane Michael has devastated the panhandle of Florida and many of our staff have lost everything. We are asking for any small donations for our employees so that we can help them with their basic needs. They are an amazing group of caregivers who put their resident's needs above their own and chose to stay at work and provide care rather than evacuate or spend time protecting their own assets. 

We have nurses and CNA's who have been at the facility since Tuesday. Many of whom have no idea if their homes are still standing since the roads are currently blocked with downed power lines and trees. The power is out for the entire area and is expected to be out for another 2-4 weeks. 

These folks are the best of the best. They provide exceptional care in normal circumstances and in this situation they have impressed us more than we can express. Our hope is that through the kindness and generosity of donors, we can begin to bring them some relief and help our wonderful staff rebuild and restore their homes and community.
