Bloomfield Scouting for Food

Tax deductible
We all know this has been a stressful year, but your local Bloomfield Cub Scout Pack 54 and Scout Troop 55 are still dedicated to holding our annual Scouting for Food drive to benefit the Blessing Room at St. Bridget’s Church/St. Benedict Parish.   In light of COVID19 pandemic, which has impacted everyone's life in some fashion, and to maintain public health and safety to our Scouting families and those donating, the Pack and Troop has decided to offer a monetary donation option for the Blessing Room.

You can choose ANY amount to donate - small to large will make an impact!  The Blessing Room will be able to use these funds to purchase needed pantry supplies (food, personal hygiene, etc.) to help those facing hunger in the community.  Please note that 100% of these proceeds goes directly to the Blessing Room to purchase additional pantry items, your donation does not go towards any administrative costs.

You may still choose to donate food as well or in addition to a monetary donation.  Per our mailed flyer, bagged items can be dropped off at Veterans Park on November 14th from 9:00-12:00 for a no-contact pickup from your trunk, backseat, or truck bed.

On behalf of the families, Scouts, and volunteers of Pack 54 and Troop 55 THANK YOU!   (...and please continue to be safe and healthy!)

*Donors will receive tax receipts from PayPal Giving Fund
