Blood transfusion for Sammy

Sammy is my cat and he is having seizures and he has for about a week now and he just is not doing good at all. He needs to have a blood transfusion soon or I don’t think he’s going to last much longer if he keeps going like this. I put coconut oil on him everyday to try to keep the flees and stuff off him and I give him iron medicine every 12 hours but it’s just not working so this is the last thing I can think of.
