Help needed due to brain issues

I worked for a sheriffs office, but was let go do my illness. My wife is a teacher, and only gets paid once a month. I have been battling head issues with my brain and the arteries going to it for a solid year and a half now and the doctors have found nothing so far to fix it. I found out that I have something called Vertabral Artery Stenosis which reduces blood flow to the brain stem and brain and was told that is around 25% of patients with this diagnosis, strokes occur. I am set for more testing but they were talking about brain surgery, but now who knows. We have had to move from our house and completely change our lifestyle. At this point we have been able to downsize, budget and all that, but we still have bills behind that we need to desperately get caught up. We had to move to a smaller house, we lost a car due to not being able to pay for it and we are in very bad shape. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for looking, sharing and helping
