Medical Bills/Save My Home

For the last 19 years, I have suffered with back issues in spurts. From a strained muscle to severe back pain. In October of 2012, something changed in my back and I was unable to do anything. I have degenerative disc disease which is painful. It is causing my sciatic nerve to be compressed, leaving me in debilitating pain. I am unable to drive a lot or work. Walking is hard and unbearable at times. There are even times where I cannot even take care of myself.

I have been on Short Term disability off and on. It is only 80% of my pay. They don't pay the day they approve and they take their sweet time approving. Right now, due to my condition, I am about to lose my home. I am unable to pay utility bills or even pay some of the medical expenses. Now that I am starting the process for surgery, money is even tighter (especially since there isn't any money to tighten up on)


I am just asking, for my birthday (july 1st), instead of getting me a present or even sending me a card, that you simply donate. Even if it is just $5 (That is the minimum amount available on the site). Help me save my home and pay some of my medical expenses.

Edit to add: To be clear I AM employed, I am on leave. The pay you receive while on leave is only 80% of your normal pay. ALSO, due to seeing multiple Doctors (which is necessary), it takes a lot longer to get the leave approved AND to get paid. Because of THAT, I am about to lose my home and what not.
