Blakely was born on January 13, 2018 to Caleb and Teresa Collins. Due to inhaled meconium in the womb Blakely was unable to breath on her own after birth.
She was airlifted to Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children soon after birth where she is currently fighting for her life. Blakely is on a machine called ECMO that is functioning as her heart and lungs in order to give her organs a chance to heal. There are high risks associated with these procedures and every day brings new battles and blessings. Blakely is in the Lord’s hands and we continue to pray for the Lord’s will in her little life.
We set up this Go Fund Me account as a way to support Caleb and Teresa during this time. So many people have expressed an interest in helping them and this way they can use the funds to pay for a rental car, food, flights, medical bills, etc.
