Blessings for Bella the Beagle

Bella was rescued after being re-homed a number of times. She came to me with no history and no previous owner contact information. It is believed that she was a puppy mill dog and after her last litter, she was no longer profitable to the owners, due to a hernia that developed during her last birth. She is no longer breedable.
        She was then shipped out of state and passed to several new homes. She was never taken to the vet for the injury and has endured her condition for some time. I have since taken her to my vet, gotten all her vaccinations up to date, and am working every day to show her how to be a dog and enjoy life. She is scheduled to be spayed shortly but will need to undergo surgery to repair her hernia. This will need to be done by a specialist and is quite costly. The surgery will restore  mobility and quality of life for this sweet angel.
