Blessings for Baby Luke

Luke Thomas will enter this world soon and immediately start the battle for his life.  This precious, loved little boy will require life saving surgery to repair a major Congenital Heart Defect.   Luke’s major arteries are reversed, this condition is not compatible with life unless repaired immediately.  His body and brain will not receive the oxygen needed to function without surgery. His wonderful Mommy and Daddy are willing to do anything needed, including relocating their lives and family to Nashville while baby Luke recovers in the NICU at Vanderbilt. The costs for a surgery such as this are staggering. The time away from work, the additional housing costs, travel, co-pays, food and many unknown and unanticipated costs are just a few of the financial strains our dear friends are facing.   While we cannot ease their worry and heartache we can ease this financial burden.
