TX is excited to announce we are partnering with the folks over at Helping Hands Giving Hope and supporting the Blessing Bags cause again this year!
For those who weren't here last holiday season, Blessings Bags is wonderful cause that a former employee, Shannon Stewart, champions. The goal of Blessings Bags is to provide bags of necessities (socks, toothbrushes, snacks, water, etc.) to the homeless in our communities. Our aim is to fundraise a total dollar amount, TX will then buy the supplies, and we can all put the bags together in our kitchen/lunch room area.
Our goal this year is to raise $1000, which will buy enough supplies for 50 bags. If every employee donated $10, we would reach our goal! Easy peasy. Our stretch goal is $2000 which would provide enough supplies for 100 bags, which is roughly equal to the number of employees we have here at Happy Money. How wonderful would it be to help out that many people?!
