Blanco Family House Fire Relief

My family and I lost literally everything in the house fire that occurred on September 2nd, 2018. From the actual fire, along with heat and smoke damage, we lost most of our clothes, furniture, food, perishables, kitchen items, school supplies, electronics - basically everything. The only items that were salvaged from the house were two bed mattresses, two TV's, one dresser, a bag of clothes, and three boxes of family photos and documents. We were blessed enough to have at least saved a few items, and no one was injured in the fire-WE THANK GOD FOR THAT!
Due to financial challenges we were unable to purchase renter's insurance, so everything needs to be replaced without any help from an insurance claim. For the past three weeks, my mother and I have been tirelessly searching for a new home for our family of four to live in. We have reached out to the Red Cross but unfortunately, they have not been able to provide any relief. My mother has always been my rock. She has worked tirelessly all of her life to get everything for our family and to see her lose it all is overwhelming and incredibly upsetting. In the wake of this tragedy, I have missed three weeks of college and had to unfortunately drop all my classes just so I can help my family survive, move forward, and stay strong at all times.
Finally, I developed this GoFundMe page because honestly, we had nowhere else to turn and we are running out of time and money. I know the families that are a part of the SWFL region and communities are caring, helpful, and understanding. Everyone who knows me and my family, know that we are good people and that with the help of everyone we will rebound from this crisis. Individuals and families have already asked how they can help and I believe that this is the most efficient platform. Anything would be great to help us out.
