Blair's Dissertation & Living Fund

Hi Family,

I am reaching out to you for some love and support for my AMAZING sister Blair.
Blair is a scholar artist at Syracuse University pursuing a Doctorate of Philosphy in Education and Women's and Gender Studies. Amazingly, she is in the final stages of her program, finishing up her dissertation work which is really difficult to do while also working to cover costs of living and travel for work.  Unfortunately, graduate students do not recieve a living wage.  She is currently working partime and looking to supplement her earnings with your donations.  

Here is where and why we are asking for your support! Blair would like graduate in 2018.  She is working to defend her dissertation in April of 2018 and plans to graduate in May.   In order to do so, she will need some financial assistance in paying for conferences, research materials, technology/art, living expenses, and graduation. 

Ideally, Blair would need at least $1,500 to continue her work through Decemeber (to cover the costs of conferences, travel and cost of living).  In the new year, Blair will need significantly more (estimated $1,500).

We are asking for any help you can give!   Know that I am so appreciative that you have given your time and attention to this request and hope that you can spare a bit to keep my sister's dream and work alive.
