Blaine Schwab's Memorial

 

On December 16, 2016 our world was turned upside down. You hear about Cancer on a daily basis, but you never imagine that it will happen to the ones you love. Unfortunately for our family, Cancer not only came, but took with it a part of us.

Anyone who knew Blaine, knows he loved his family more than life itself. Not a day went by without him worrying about his wife Lori. He always did his best to make sure she knew he was there for her and that she would always be taken care of. His kids Jackie and Daniel were his pride and joy.

Beyond being a loving husband and father, he was a loyal friend. He was a father figure to so many people. He was always there to lend a helping hand or offer a listening ear. He loved fishing, motorcycles, and fast cars. There was no happier place for him than being out on the road with the wind against his face.

On January 2, 2018, Blaine left this world behind. We know in our hearts that he is now riding his bike down the streets of heaven. He is no longer in pain and is enjoying the company of those who have gone before him, waiting for the day that we can be reunited.

We love you, Blaine. We know that this is not good bye. It’s only a “See you later, baby”
