Blacks on Bikes NonProfit Transformation

When I started Blacks on Bikes (BoB) last year, I always had the goal of turning this group into a nonprofit organization in order to expand its reach.  BoB is all about Normalizing Black Faces in Public Spaces while building community, improving health outcomes and negating stereotypes.  Blacks on bikes aims to engage with the black community by providing a safe space to engage in this recreational activity, reducing fears and concerns associated with cycling alone.  

Funding will be used to start the application process for nonprofit status and for purchasing marketing/promotional services and materials.  Your support for this endeavor means so much to me, and to the Blacks on Bikes community!
