Blackman in a Suit

I am a black man who wears suits and I have no time to throw bricks unless I need to lay them down to build something up. I am focused on healing my community from devise narratives and damaging reheteric which continues to promote hurt. I am trying to strategize and come up with new narratives to teach young men how to strategize and focus on creating positive relationships solutions when interacting with young women. I am currently working on my masters in business I am also a musician where I am currently working on a music project due to release either October or November of this year. I want to create the utopia that has never been achieved but what does unity in our community look like ? What will it take to nurture it and grow to build it and make it stronger through all the hurt and pain ? Will it always be devise or is this just the stepping stone for change when it seems nearly impossible to bridge the divide and have everyone rise up to the truth.
