Black Unity Bike Ride 2021

Black Unity Bike Ride (BUBR) is a series of activations that encourages holistic wellness amongst the Black community. Our flagship activation is our annual 14-mile bike ride across London. BUBR symbolises Black Unity, Black Empowerment and Black Community.

BUBR is a charitable project led by New Initiatives Youth & Community Association (Charity Number 1121523) and it is managed by a small team of passionate volunteers. The BUBR Alliance consists of 20+ black-led cycling collectives and utilises its collective power, network and influence to support BUBR and bring about positive change in the Black community .

The BUBR initiative is mainly powered by volunteers, in order to fulfil our potential and ambition we require financial investment to cover direct BUBR operational costs. We are pleased that you are inspired by what we do and we are very grateful for your support.
