Black Minds Matter Gratitude Fundraiser

My heart is so heavy with what my eyes have been opened to over the passed week and a half.  As a white woman with extreme privilege, I want to do all I can to give back and support those who truly need support now and going forward. I will NEVER understand but I must do better and do what I can to help create change.

Black Minds Matter is an incredible charity providing black individuals and families with free professional mental health resources in the UK. Through recent donations they have already been able to fund 342 people through a 12 week course of therapy. Mental health is so important and with the NHS in crisis it's paramount the help is available to those in need. 

I feel very lucky to be a part of a community built on giving back. Gratitude is at the very core of everything we do at Modern Nature and this incredible charity deserves to hit their target and raise all the money they need to be able to give people the right resources and help they need. 

We as a community have a duty to speak up, to use our voices and to not stay silent. We are behind you and will remain silent no more! 

Our Modern Nature community, please help me raise £500 to donate to Black Minds Matter so that black individuals and families can be connected with professional mental health services across the U.K.
