BLACK LIVES MATTER.
Social Justice For Us is a group of activists in Marquette, MI, headed by Fred Sims. Our aim is to combat oppression of minorities, including but not limited to BIPOC and LGBTQUIA+. While our most pressing issue is the Black Lives Matter movement, we also focus on educating the public and affecting change within our Marquette community.
Funds raised will go directly to supplying our efforts to raise awareness, educate the community, and offer resources to those in need.
Your donation may be used to buy supplies (water, snacks, medical equipment, art materials, etcetera) for demonstrations, provide aid to a specific cause within the BLM movement, print educational posters or flyers, or otherwise aid us in spreading our message and helping others
UPDATE 6/5: Y'all give so generously. We will continue to use any donated funds as needed in our local community, and excess may be donated to BLM or similar organizations.
