Help Craig study in Italy

"My name is Craig Moore and I am a culinary student at George Brown College in Toronto, ON. I recently graduated from the Culinary Management Program with honours and continued my education in the Italian Post-graduate Program. The current, one year program, involves a 4 month semester abroad in Italy starting in August where I will be studying Italian cooking techniques and working for an Italian restaurant.
I have been receiving an Ontario student loan for my studies over the last year but the funding falls woefully short of what I need to survive. Luckily I have been able to work 3-4 shifts per week along with going to school 4 days a week to help make ends meet. My spouse is also a student so together we have limited discretionary income that will be deeply affected by my 4 months abroad.
Unfortunately, the work I will be doing in Italy will be unpaid and so I will not be able to make up for the financial shortfall as I normally could here in Canada. The reason I am asking for your help is to make up some of the lost wages that I will incur by taking part in this unpaid, educational internship in Italy.
I have attempted to apply for student bursaries at the college but many of them are limited in their age requirements and do not accommodate mature students like myself. Please donate what you can, even if it's just a little bit, and help me get the experience I need to excel as a chef. Your investment in my future will be greatly appreciated and certainly will not go to waste. Thank you. Craig Moore."
