<div>Hi, my name is Hemaid Abeer, a medical student in Morocco and I am raising funds for my family in Gaza at their request.
</div>
<div>As the incessant attacks on Gaza continue, I come to you with a heavy heart to ask for help to evacuate my family of 8 members "father Hamed, mother Ghada my brothers Amjad and Ahmed and my sisters Gahdeer, Haneen, Hadeel and Hanady are now forcibly moved to the European hospital near Rafah after losing everything in Gaza City. Israeli tanks are closing in on Rafah, threatening a ground invasion and mass starvation of my people. persist. I have no choice but to try to help them escape to safety and start the life they deserve.
</div>
<div>My father built our house with all the money he had saved during his work, staying up at all hours of the day, since economic conditions were not stable due to the repeated wars in Gaza and the presence of an economic crisis. , we lived there even though it was not completed. Over the years, my father completed it from time to time. This is our dream. It was bombed while they were there at the start of the war.

<div>They have been displaced for over four months, and before that, my ancestors were displaced during the Nakba in 1948. J I fear for them as the invasion of Rafah approaches. I feel fear accompanying me when I wake up and when I sleep.
</div>
<div>I wouldn't be able to live with myself if something happened to my closest family members and the people who make me feel grounded.
</div>
<div>I looked forward to finishing my studies and returning home and to my family. There is no more home and my family does not know what awaits them.
</div>
<div>My initial goal in creating this fundraiser is to raise the exorbitant sums requested by the Egyptian authorities. Fees to cross the Rafah Border Crossing start at $5,000 per person. But beyond the evacuation plan, this fundraiser will help my family recover and rebuild a sustainable life. Thus, the remaining funds will be allocated to support them once they are safe in Egypt. As they will arrive in Egypt with nothing.
</div>
<div>Your help will be greatly appreciated and will allow my family to regain long-term stability and begin to rebuild a life away from the horrible reality that Gaza has become.

<div>I deeply thank you for any amount you can provide and for sharing my fundraising link.

</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
