Keith Director is one of the best strength and conditioning coaches in New Orleans. He is dedicated to helping people improve physically and mentally through exercise. Keith spends every day in the boxing gym changing people's lives, and puts his entire heart into his work. If you have ever worked out with him, you understand. This time... he needs our help.
Keith was recently diagnosed with Rheumatiod arthritis. It is an extremely painful and expensive disease. However, he has an amazingly positive attitude!! Even though there is no cure, he is a strong believer that with diet, exercise, and the help of doctors he will be able to manage this illness and lead a normal, healthy life. The money we raise will help pay for Keith's medical insurance, doctor visits, and medication. In addition, a portion of what we raise will be donated to the Louisiana Arthritis Foundation to help the more than 856,000 adults and nearly 4,800 children in Louisiana that fight the unacceptable pain of arthritis each day.
