Elizabeth Renay DelOrier- Brain Tumor

This is Elizabeth Renay DelOrier my two year old little girl whose whole life was changed on July 5th 2014.On July 5th I noticed that Elizabeth was not using the left side of her body and called the dr and was advised to take her to the nearest children’s ER. Well, when I took Elizabeth to CHOA @ Scottish Rite they had done a CT scan and the results came back that Elizabeth had a tumor. They immediately admitted Elizabeth into CHOA and the following day an MRI was done, well the MRI determined that the tumor was inoperable. On July 7th a biopsy of the tumor was done and on Friday the 11th the results came back that my little Elizabeth has a very rare grade two Pilomyxoid Astrocutoma. The tumor board has met and came up with a treatment plan and have given little Elizabeth a 50/50 chance to fight this CANcer and win. Unfortunately, I'm a single mother of 3 girls and have had to miss several days of work due to my daughter’s hospitalizations. I'm determined to fight for my child's life, unfortunately working full time is not an option when you have a choronically ill child at home.

We are a not so typical middle class family who are not equipped to handle the mounting medical bills and ongoing treatment that are required to get Elizabeth to recovery. I'm humbly asking our friends to share our story of my daughter’s struggles in hopes that we can raise money to fund her ongoing treatment.
