My Mom's house fire

Hello to anyone who may be reading this. I have never set up a GoFundMe before but I have heard many good stories and this seems like the perfect time to do this. I live in Western New York with my wife and children, we moved up here a few years ago for a job. We are all from Indiana and on normal years (non-pandemic years) we always go back during Christmas or Thanksgiving to be with family. This year we didn't. Last night, on New Year's Eve, I got a phone call from my Mom, who we always stay with on our visits. She was crying and terribly upset but she needed to call someone. Her and her significant other's home was ablaze, and the family pets, my mom's cats she's had for years and his dog who he has had forever, were gone. Both of them were dealing with losing all their personal items and memories as well as losing pets they both viewed as family. It is sounding like it was an electrical fire that started in the wall, fortunately they were out doing an errand when it happened and not at home in bed. I hate being so far away and unable to help, but my mom tells me they have received calls and messages from many people offering to help, but she doesn't really know what to say, how they could help. Hopefully some of those caring people will have the opportunity to help through this page. They are staying in a motor home at the moment until they can get back on their feet, and I am not sure what they have or don't have but I know it isn't much and I just want to do anything I can to help.
