On January 3, 2018, our dear friend Robyn Waters suddenly lost her son Bishop. Robyn was a single mother raising Bishop & his brother Uriah after losing her husband Adam to cancer in 2014. Bishop was a freshman at Mechanicsburg Area High School.

Bishop was a football and lacrosse player at Mechanicsburg. He will be missed by many of his friends and teammates.

Robyn was starting out 2018 with hope and happiness as she had left her position as a school nurse with MASD to pursue her desire to become a nurse educator and to focus on teaching new nurse aides and nurses.

This unimaginable tragedy finds her facing costs and emotional recovery in the wake of her recent job change. We have created this fund to help support Robyn financially as she says goodbye to Bishop and starts to rebuild her life again.

This GoFundMe has been created with the permission of Robyn by her friend Gay Plastina. All funds will be made available to Robyn as soon as she needs them.
