Birkdale Toy Drive

We need your help! Our goal is to raise $3500 to purchase Holiday gifts for about 170 children and
young people who live at Birkdale Residence in Scarborough. This is a home for single parent families
who would otherwise be homeless, and all of these people have gone through terrible hardship.
It is our wish to brighten the Holiday season with a gift, but time is short. Please act now so we can
purchase these gifts to brighten a young person’s life.
We are the Interact Club of Scarborough! This is a service club for youth ages 12-18 who want to
connect with others in their own community or school. Interact Club members have fun while carrying-
out service projects and learning about the world. The Interact Club of Scarborough is sponsored by the
Rotary Club of Scarborough and receives guidance from the Rotary adviser. The members learn to
govern and support themselves. Everyone is welcome.
