Bainbridge Island Police Officer Kurt Enget

Donation protected
On April 10, 2020, Ofc. Kurt Enget of the Bainbridge Island Police Department passed away from an unexpected medical condition that developed rapidly over a few days.   Kurt leaves behind his mother, wife (Yevette), children, and grandchildren.

Kurt was a veteran police officer serving the Suquamish Tribe and then the City of Bainbridge Island.  He was well known in our community for his excellent level of service, his friendly and approachable demeanor, and for serving as the department's K9 handler with his partner, Whitney.
Kurt has been there to help our community in any way he could whenever called upon to do so.  Now he needs our help in his absence.

The Bainbridge Island Police Guild is seeking to raise funds on behalf of Yevette to assist her through this incredibly difficult time.  Please help us take care of what mattered most to one of our community's greatest heroes.  He will be greatly missed by all of us.

Please share this donation page on social media.   All of your help and support is appreciated.
