<div>After many hard years of repressing my true identity and fighting against the unstoppable feeling that I was born with the wrong biology I finally came out as transgender in 2018 (Male to female.)

<div>Since then I have officially been diagnosed with gender dysphoria and have begun taking hormones but it’s a slow road and some treatment I require, such as facial feminisation surgery, are very expensive and are not covered by the NHS.

<div>I am a working class creative who does not have a money pot I can call on. I have a regular job but I do not earn enough to pay for this all on my own.
