Bill Lally Medical Fund

Our dear friend Bill Lally needs our help.   He has been diagnosed with stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma and is at home receiving hospice care.  

As you can imagine his medical expenses are very high now that he needs around the clock care.  While Bill receives social security once the rent is paid there is very little left over to help with these unforeseen expenses and Medicare covers very little of it. 

A bit about me...I am a longtime friend of Bill's.   We worked together for many years at KFI and have kept in touch along the way.  Along with Bill's very dear friend and power of attorney, Brian Blackmore, we are raising money to provide caregiving for Bill at his home.   Brian is withdrawing the money from the account, placing it in a bank account and that  money will be spent on caregiving services (approx. $25/hour) and bills.  We have hired several caregivers and are currently adding additional hours to help Bill.  Any extra money we raise that is not needed for caregiving will be used for burial expenses.

Anything you can do would be tremendously appreciated.
