Bill Assistance While I'm Out of Work

Donation protected
Hi, everybody!  This is one of those things that I prayed I would never have to do, but here we are, and I am humbly asking for some assistance.
In late September, I developed a nasty ear infection.  I'd struggled with ear infections my whole life, but this one was different.  I had a nasty discharge out of the ear, my ear drum ruptured, and it took no less than two trips to the ER to get it under control.
A week ago, after the pain dissipated, I developed an intense case of vertigo.  I am not unable to stay on my feet longer than a few minutes at a time, I cannot drive, I cannot work, and life is going along without me.  I've made an effort and succeeded so far in getting my car payment delayed a month, but I still have other expenses that are going to come due over the next thirty days.  Not to mention, I have no health insurance and due to the first initial ear issue in September, I am already on shaky financial ground from being out of work and was just starting to play catch up when this vertigo happened.
The money you donate will help me meet my basic needs until I can get this surgery and go back to work.  I wanted to ask for the bare minimum of what I need, as I know that in this time of uncertainty and COVID, a lot of people are on as shaky if not more shaky financial ground than I am.  Here's the current timeline, as I want to be as transparent as I can be.
I should know by November 11 when my surgery will be.  It could be a day or two after that or it could be a week or more.  I do not know at this point.
After the surgery actually happens, I will be out of work for a minimum of seven days while my outer incision heals and I get to where I can walk and work again, so right now that puts me at a minimum of two and a half weeks out of work from this writing (realistically late November).  Once I can go back to work, I will have another two to four months of internal healing that I will have to experience, but I will be ok and will be able to work through that barring any unforeseen issues.
Again, I hate to ask for help, but I'm hoping that just a little bit from various people, including friends, family, and the awesome audience of UNN, might help me make ends meet and at least be able to achieve the bare minimum financially until I can get back to work.  Right now, I need all the help I can get.
Thank you in advance for any help you can provide, no matter how little.  It means the world to me!
