Biking for Black Babies 2023
Hey y’all!
I’m Briana, a life cycle facilitator, creative, and human rights advocate. I’m gearing up for a 1,000 mile multi-state tour from Wilmington, NC to New Orleans, LA and I need your help!
In October 2023, along with 9 core cyclists and 5 alternate cyclists, I will embark on this journey to raise awareness and take action on Black infant mortality. I'll be on the road with other birthworkers and mamas making stops along the way to meet with community-based midwives, legislators, and other stakeholders to talk strategy for improving health outcomes.
These funds will be used to secure accommodation, essential items, and necessary equipment to gear up and be safe. Any donation amount will help me to meet or exceed my goal and please don’t be shy about spreading the word about this amazing initiative!
