Hi, my name is Brian also known online and in my community as BigBoss5o3.
On April 1st, I experienced a massive, unrelenting headache that wouldn’t go away. I knew something wasn’t right and went to the hospital. After a CT scan, doctors discovered I had a 7-8mm brain aneurysm a serious and potentially life-threatening condition. The aneurysm was pressing against my brain, and it’s been a terrifying journey ever since. As if that wasn’t enough, while undergoing an angiogram to get a closer look and prepare for treatment, I suffered not one, but two strokes. That turned a scary situation into a life-altering one. It was one of the most frightening experiences of my life not just for me, but for my family and loved ones too. Thankfully, the medical team acted quickly. They placed a coil inside the aneurysm to stop any bleeding and help prevent it from rupturing. While I survived the worst of it, my life has changed forever. I’ll now be on blood thinners for the rest of my life, and I have a long road of recovery ahead physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Hearing those words was like time stopped. I was scared, confused, and honestly, just trying to hold it together. Since then, it's been a whirlwind of tests, and trying to figure out what comes next. Right now, the focus is on managing the aneurysm, preventing complications, and taking things day by day.
Recovery isn’t just physical it’s emotional, mental, and unfortunately, financial too. I’ve had to step back from work and normal life to focus on healing. The bills are stacking up fast hospital visits, follow-ups, medications, and just everyday living expenses. It’s hard to ask for help, but I’ve realized I can’t do this alone.
If you’re able to donate, any amount big or small will go directly to helping me cover the cost of my aftercare and get back on my feet. If you can’t give, sharing this means just as much. I know not everyone can contribute financially, and that’s okay your support in any form means everything to me right now.
Thank you all for your love, support, and prayers. I’m taking it day by day and staying strong, but I can’t do it alone.
Love always Boss Vibes!!
