Hi Everyone,
Our friend Ben has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Rectal Cancer with the possibility of stage 4 if it moves to his lungs. He’s treatment is Radiation, Chemo and surgery, on top of the other lifelong unpleasantries he will experience as a result of these treatments.
Everyone who knows him knows what a genuine, kind-hearted and hard working person he is. He invests so much in helping others grow, and is always up for chat, laugh or a sing-a-long.
This situation is life changing. There are going to be lifelong, ongoing costs involved – ones that we can’t even imagine. Knowing how to help and asking for money are never easy things to do. Ben himself said that he “is happy with a $2 scratchy”. But now is the time to help a man that has helped so many of us, and helping Ben cover some of these costs is the perfect way to show support, and show him that you care.
He will be incredibly grateful if you could donate what you can, no matter how small. Even just a $2 scratchy.
