Big Robb Car Accident Help

In need of help.  
On Thursday night/Friday morning I was on my way home from work at around 3:30 -4am and fell asleep while on my way.    I was on 80 in hercules when it happened and collided with another car luckily everyone was ok.  Once the collision happened my airbags deploid and doing so knocked me out.  All I can remember is the paramedics and police taking me out of my car saying I was in an accident.    I though I was dreaming. I ended up getting stitches in my face and with a alot bruises on my face and body. I ended up spending the day in the hospital.  I really need  help with this being that I'm unable to do anything with my car.   It is completely totaled.   Really in a bad situation.  I still owe on this vehicle and insurance can't help me in this one.   To everyone who knows me knows I was also in a motorcycle accident a couple years back that set me back financially. And now with this happened.  Not really sure how to handle everything so I came to y'all for help. My friends. My family. My social media platforms and the gofundme community.  If anyone can help i would greatlyappreciate it.
