On November 22, 2024, the world lost a beautiful soul – Erika Willman, a loving mother, daughter, niece, cousin, and friend who passed away unexpectedly at 35 years old, leaving behind her precious 13-year-old daughter, Summer.
While we struggle to come to terms with this devastating loss, we are focused on making sure Summer is surrounded by love and support as she navigates this world without the mother she loved so dearly.
Her maternal grandparents, Kathy Hayford Willman and Dave Willman, have stepped in to care for her. While they are heartbroken by the loss of their daughter, they are determined to give Summer the stable, loving home she needs to heal and thrive.
We are reaching out to family, friends, and compassionate members of our communities to assist with the resources to help Summer have the opportunity to live life to the fullest, being surrounded by people who care, and continue to college in 5 years. Donations to this fund will go directly to supporting Summer’s everyday needs, healthcare, and education. It will also assist with any costs related to Erika’s final expenses and attorney fees to process Guardianship for her daughter and her estate.
