Bianca's Medical & Recovery Expense

Family and Friends, as most of you know our Dear Friend, Bianca Torre, has had a rough few weeks to say the least.  On February 15, 2018 Bianca had a cerebellar stroke and was transported and hospitalized at DHR in Edinburg for several days.  Doctor's told her about an abnormal blood vessel in the back of her head that caused a blood clot causing a cerebellar stroke.  As weeks passed, Bianca was recovering surprisingly well. On March 20th she woke up feeling some of the same symptoms that she felt when she experienced the stroke. Her mom, Sylvia, took her to the emergency room at Valley Baptist Medical Center to see what was happening now. After exams conducted there at Valley Baptist, including MRI, TEE, Cerebral Angiogram, Stress test, 2D Echo, and several more tests, results so far have came in that Biancita has an enlarged heart and a small hole in her heart. The reasons and how long she has had this condition are being investigated by her team of doctors. The plan of action for what’s next are also being reviewed by her doctors. Two separate hospitalizations within a months time period and having done several follow ups with different doctors in the first hospitalization and now with this current hospitalization the expenses are going to be high. As I'm sure ya'll can understand, medical expenses have been adding up and will continue to add up as Bianca’s medical future is unknown as doctors investigate and proceed forward with her treatment and recovery.  Medical insurance only pay a portion of the costs and other expenses that come with being hospitalized and treated including transportation costs, meals, among others are not covered and are adding up for her and her family. Bianca is an exceptional athlete and the greatest female basketball player I've ever met and at that the most humble.  She is selfless, and is always willing to help everyone else before herself.   The monetary goal that I have set to help Biancita is limitless so let's come together and help our dear friend in any way possible.
