This campaign aims to help with expenses associated with Janet Kampire's treatment. Janet is the beautiful mother of five children, varying ages from 25, 18, 10, 7, and 5 years. Janet has always been the liveliest and most energetic person, we never expected to see Janet cry as though a looming cloud with a ticking clock hovered over her. That day came in 2020 when she received the devastating news of her diagnosis with rectal cancer; however, she began her treatment immediately, with six months of radiation followed by six months of chemotherapy. Janet is a devoted Christian and her faith in God kept her grounded.

Since life took a turn for the worst shortly after her diagnosis and daily chemo and radiation treatments. With each lengthy, drawn-out treatment, Janet felt tired, anguished, exhausted, and kept wondering why she had to go through this at all? She stayed stronger and underwent an intense colectomy surgery in December 2020. The operation was terrifying for her and the rest of the family; the recovery process was excruciating. She was perplexed and terrified. Cancer should never be a part of anyone's life, and no one should have to live with the doubts and anxieties that haunt your mind daily. Fighting cancer has been a test of more than just her strength; it has been a test of her willpower to live. Janet has always been a warrior, and, by God's grace, the surgery and recovery process were both successful.

After three months, when she returned for a check-up, the physicians discovered cancer had spread to her lungs and liver. The doctors recommended chemotherapy once more; this time, the chemotherapy was extremely difficult for her body, but she persisted. Unfortunately, the chemotherapy was ineffective; as cancer kept spreading, doctors declared the cancer metastatic and terminal, hence stopping the treatment. However, Janet has opted to try Holistic medications and Vitamin C treatment at the Utopia cancer center.
