As you may know, I am a finance major, and I am going to study abroad in Nantes, France this summer. The program will provide insight into French and European business practices, global responsibility, and international development of European companies.
I believe this experience will give me more insight on what I'd like to persue in the future. The world is a marketing mix, therefore in order to excel in the financial world, I have to learn, understand, and adopt the techniques of marketing, management, and economics to my domain. This trip should take me completely out of my comfort zone. Thus, it is a chance to explore a new way of life, as well as, a new side of myself.
I will be in France from May 16- June 14. The cost of the trip is $3500. My flight is around $1500. This does not include spending money and transportation for four weeks. I know that you have your own obligations, that is why I am asking all of my friends and family to help donate $20. ( That's 250 donations.) But feel free to donate more if you can! I would greatly appreciate it.
