Team Jet

This is Jet Jeffery Lee Clarke, who came into this world weighing in at 8 lbs and 12 oz  and 21 ins long and on January 22nd, 2018.  His arrival, solidified the union of Jeanette Monk and Jeff Clarke.  January 24th, the happy family went home.  Over the next little while, this thriving little bundle perfected the hammock, sleeping thru the night, concurred the crib,  balloon kick chair aerobics, and finally his jolly jumper.  This little munchkin had hearts all over the Facebook world wrapped around his finger...looking forward to viewing that sweet little smile, and reading the love in Jeanette's words.    

Jeff and Jeanette's world came to an abrupt halt on July 13th, Jet starting having seizures, they took him to emergency, where they confirmed the full blown seizures, and sent them to Orillia to see an on-call pediatrician.   They were sent home with medicine,  but the next day they had to call 911, when Jet stopped breathing, he was transported to Midland, and then off to Sick Kids, where they remain in active care, he has had numerous seizures and strokes. he was diagnosed with Infantile Spasm Syndrome, he needs round the clock care.

Jeff has left work and Jeanette is still on maternity leave. 
August 16th,  Jeff and Jeanette were informed that Sick Kids will be operating, removing the left side that died in the stroke.  Jeff and Jeanette as well as Jet will be calling Sick Kids home after the surgery, for up to 4-6 months.  and thru all this, Jet still smiles, Jeanette keeps us updated, and Jeff is holding them all together.  Now they wait for the call for the surgery.  

They have enough to deal with, their bills at home won't stop, and its not free to stay in Toronto.   Can we, as their FAMILY of blood, friends and co-workers get together, and help.  Please.  Every little bit helps.  LET'S TRY AND SURPASS THE GOAL!
